- Make a lists and stick on to it.
- Find a suitable produce stores.
- Do not buy bruised or damaged
produce (fruits & vegetables).
- Carry fruits and veggies
separate from meat, fish and poultry.
- All produce should be
thoroughly washed before eating. Rinse the produce with 1/4th part vinegar
and water to kill pesticides.
- Do not wash fruit and
vegetables with soap or detergent.
- Its better to opt for smaller
fruits and vegetables.
- Buy small amount frequently.
- Know how to store each produce.
