Single-use Plastics.

Single-use Plastic commonly used.

Before I started off... with my zero-waste journey, I always used single-use products like Moisturizer, Packaged soap, Shampoo, toothpaste, plastic toothbrush, plastic comb etc. And these are the products everyone commonly use in their day-to-day life. And the reason is, these products are easily available in the markets.

But the truth is, these products after use, neither decompose nor recycled. So then, where does all these plastic go? Ultimately to the ocean beds and landfills....

In the picture up there, are some of the products I used earlier, which you can see is full of plastic.

Alternative Eco-friendly products.

So the first thing I did was to find the best alternatives for these single-use products and the alternatives are very natural and good for our health.

Alternative for Plastic combs

Neem Wood Comb

The first thing I bought was Neem wood comb instead of using plastic comb.
The best part about this combs are they are the best to reduce hair falls as it is made out of Neem Tree.

Wooden combs are the best alternative for plastics combs even in case of sustainability and it maintains an ecological balance in Nature.

Alternative for Plastic Toothbrush

Bamboo Toothbrush

I feel my decision to buy a Bamboo Toothbrush was pretty thoughtful.....

We change our toothbrush every 3-6 months. And have you guys ever put up your thought about, where does the entire plastic toothbrush we dispose end up???

Well, more than 2 billion plastic toothbrushes end up in oceans and landfills every year.

Bamboo toothbrushes are biodegradable and they made to save our earth from plastics......
